Desired Donations
Lower Umpqua Library depends on the serviced district to assist in the development of its collection. This means donations are ALWAYS accepted (excepting items that are affected by mold/mildew or otherwise in exceptionally poor condition).
Classics
The library is particularly interested in developing the Classics section. Here is a list of some desired titles. (Updated October 2025)
The original publication date is the date that the classic was originally published. We will accept donations from later editions.
Local and Regional History
The library is particularly interested in acquiring new items related to the Pacific Northwest region or the Oregon Trail, and even more particularly interested in rare items or items related specifically to the Reedsport area.
