Families with children younger than 5 can sign up to receive free books in the mail! To register and start receiving books, please either submit this online form through the Dolly Parton Imagination Library website, or fill out this form and email or hand it in to the library.

 

Books are available either entirely in English or bilingual English-Spanish. State your language preference when submitting the form. Please note that forms must be filled out in their entirety. Submitting an incomplete form may delay registration.
